PURSUANT to section 3(3) of the Airport Authorities Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1989, consents to the exercise by Dunedin Airport Limited of the powers conferred on local authorities by section 3 of that Act.
