Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

It also omits the name of the company from Schedule 14 to the Income Tax Act 1976 (which relates to the grouping of tax losses). The company will cease to be a company named in that Schedule on that date.

The order is a consequence of the sale by the Crown of its shares in New Zealand Liquid Fuels Investment Limited.
