PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Union Representatives Education Leave Act Repeal Act 1992, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

2 Commencement
This order may be cited as the Union Representatives Education Leave Act Repeal Act Commencement Order 1992.
The Union Representatives Education Leave Act Repeal Act 1992 shall come into force on the 4th day of December 1992.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings the Union Representatives Education Leave Act Repeal Act 1992 into force on 4 December 1992. As from the commencement of that date—
(a) The Union Representatives Education Leave Act 1986 is repealed; and
(b) The Trade Union Education Authority is dissolved.
