23 Applications for which no fixture has been made

• (1) Where no fixture has been made in respect of an application that is listed in a Panui, the note “Not ready to proceed” shall be included in the Panui in relation to that application.

  (2) Where the note “Not ready to proceed” has, in relation to an application, been included in the Panui, that application shall not be listed in the Panui again until a fixture has been made.
