12 Consideration and determination of application

• (1) Subject to regulation 11 of these regulations, the trustees shall meet to consider and determine any application as soon as practicable.

  (2) The trustees may—

  • (a) Adjourn consideration of the application until such date as they think fit (being a date not later than the date on which the proposed activity is to take place or begin); or

  • (b) Grant the application; or

  • (c) Grant the application, subject to such conditions as the trustees think fit; or

  • (d) Decline the application.
