New Zealand Legislation: Regulations
Regulations are laws made under Acts
(1) Every person commits an offence against these regulations who, without lawful excuse, acts in contravention of, or fails to comply with, regulation 22.
(2) Every person who commits an offence against these regulations shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $10.
