Regulations are laws made under Acts
Subject to sections 253A and 268(3) of the Act, the constitution set out in Schedule 1 shall be the constitution of every incorporation.
Regulation 2: amended, on 16 September 2011, by section 13(2) of the Te Ture Whenua Maori Amendment Act 2011 (2011 No 76).
