Regulation by clause

3 Exemptions

  • The vehicles described in Schedule 1 are hereby exempted from—

    • (a) the requirements of section 5 of the Act; and

    • (b) the requirement to pay registration fees and licence fees,—

    to the extent specified in that schedule.
