(1) These regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Specified Rate of Interest on Underestimations) Regulations 1994.
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on 1 April 1994.
(3) These regulations shall apply with respect to any amounts of underestimated child support that are for any child support year ending before 1 April 1994.
