Every notice given under regulation 3(1) (other than a notice given under that regulation as applied by regulation 36 or regulation 39) shall be accompanied—
(a) by a form for the appointing of a proxy in form 2 of the Schedule; and
(b) by a voting form for the owner's or trustee's or duly appointed attorney's vote to be cast by post in form 3 of the Schedule; and
(c) if the Registrar or the court so directs, by particulars of a special valuation of the land; and
(d) such other documents as the court directs.
