Regulations are laws made under Acts
If applications under section 173 of the Act have been lodged by different persons in respect of the same land, all the proposed resolutions in the applications shall, unless the Court otherwise directs, be included as alternatives in the same notice of meeting, in the order in which the applications were lodged.
