6 Persons of preferred classes of alienees wishing to exercise right of first refusal

• Where applicable, persons of the preferred classes of alienees who have, in accordance with rule 117(4) of the Maori Land Court Rules 1994¹, filed written notice of intention to appear at the meeting of assembled owners and make an offer for the land, shall, unless the Court otherwise directs, be included in the same notice of meeting in the order in which the notices of intention to appear were filed with the Registrar.
