7 Service of notices and other documents by Registrar

• All notices and other documents required by regulation 3 or regulation 4 of these regulations to be given to any person by the Registrar shall—

  • (a) Be delivered to that person personally; or

  • (b) Be sent by post addressed to that person at that person's usual or last known residence or place of business in New Zealand.
