Regulations are laws made under Acts
No person shall act as proxy for any owner or trustee or any duly appointed attorney of an owner or trustee at any meeting of assembled owners if—
(a) the owner or trustee or duly appointed attorney of the owner or trustee has died; or
(b) a cancellation of the proxy's appointment has been lodged with the Registrar before 10 am on the last working day before the day of the meeting; or
(c) a cancellation of the proxy's appointment has been lodged with the recording officer before the start of the meeting; or
(d) the proxy's appointment has lapsed in accordance with the terms of the appointment.
