14 Objections to Registrar about appointment of proxy

• (1) The Registrar shall, on request, give to any person entitled to attend the meeting an opportunity to inspect any notice of appointment, and any accompanying documents required by regulation 9(6) of these regulations, lodged with the Registrar in accordance with regulation 13(1)(a) of these regulations and to raise any objection to the notice of appointment or to any such accompanying documents.

  (2) Where any person entitled to attend the meeting raises, in relation to any notice of appointment or any accompanying document, an objection under subclause (1) of this regulation, the Registrar, if he or she upholds the objection, shall rule the notice of appointment or any accompanying document or both to be out of order and shall comply with regulation 1-5 of these regulations.
