(1) Where the Registrar, whether of his or her own motion or as a result of an objection under regulation 14 of these regulations, rules a notice of appointment to be out of order,—
(a) The Registrar shall certify on the notice the reason for the ruling; and
(b) The proxy shall not vote at the meeting of assembled owners.
(2) Where the Registrar, whether of his or her own motion or as a result of an objection under regulation 14 of these regulations, rules a copy of a power of attorney or a certificate of non-revocation of a power of attorney to be out of order,—
(a) The Registrar shall certify on the copy of the power of attorney or the certificate of non-revocation (as the case may be) the reason for the ruling; and
(b) The proxy shall not vote at the meeting of assembled owners.
