(1) The recording officer shall, on request, give to any person entitled to attend the meeting—
(a) an opportunity to inspect both any notice of appointment, and any accompanying documents required by regulation 9(6), lodged with the recording officer under regulation 13(1)(b) and any notice of appointment and any accompanying documents, delivered to the recording officer in accordance with regulation 16; and
(b) an opportunity to raise any objection to any notice of appointment or to any accompanying document lodged with the recording officer under regulation 13(1)(b) or to any notice of appointment or to any accompanying document delivered to the recording officer in accordance with regulation 16.
(2) Where any person entitled to attend the meeting raises, in relation to any notice of appointment or any accompanying document, an objection under subclause (1)(b), the recording officer, if he or she upholds the objection, shall rule the notice of appointment or any accompanying document or both to be out of order and shall, as if he or she were the Registrar, comply with regulation 15.
