(1) The Registrar shall, on request, give to any person entitled to attend the meeting an opportunity to inspect any postal vote (and any accompanying copy of a power of attorney and any accompanying certificate of non-revocation of a power of attorney) and to raise any objection to the notice and any accompanying copy of a power of attorney and any accompanying certificate of non-revocation of a power of attorney.
(2) Where any person entitled to attend the meeting raises, in relation to any postal vote or any accompanying document, an objection under subclause (1) of this regulation, the Registrar, if he or she upholds the objection, shall rule the postal vote or any accompanying document or both to be out of order and shall comply with regulation 21 of these regulations.
