Regulations are laws made under Acts
The recording officer shall, on request, give to any person entitled to attend the meeting an opportunity to inspect any copy of a power of attorney and any certificate of non-revocation of a power of attorney that has been lodged with the recording officer under regulation 27(2) and to raise any objection to it.
