28 Objection to appointment of attorney

• The Recording Officer shall, on request, give to any person entitled to attend the meeting an opportunity to inspect any copy of a power of attorney and any certificate of non-revocation of a power of attorney that has been lodged with the Recording Officer under regulation 27(2) of these regulations and to raise any objection to it.
