These regulations are administered in the Department of Justice.
PURSUANT to section 64 of the Marriage Act 1955 and (in relation only to regulation 3(d) and form 4) section 88(1)(b) of the Births, Deaths, and Marriages Registration Act 1995, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations.
