3 Fees prescribed

• (1) There are hereby prescribed—

  • (a) for a search of any index kept under section 9(2) of the Act, $35:

  • (b) for the issue of a certified copy of any instrument, or duplicate or copy of any instrument, filed under section 9(1) of the Act, $35.

  (2) No fee shall be payable for a certificate under paragraph (d) of subsection (2) of section 9 of the Status of Children Act 1969 setting out the result of any search under paragraph (a) of that subsection.
