17 Printing of ballot papers

(1)

The Electoral Commission must arrange for the printing of special ballot papers for every electoral district as soon as practicable after nomination day.

(2)

The ballot paper must be,—

(a)

in the case of a general election, in form 14; or

(b)

in the case of a by-election, in form 15.

(3)

Ballot papers may be printed without counterfoils.
