20 Application for special vote

An application for a special vote may be made—

(a)

in person by the elector:

(b)

by a written application signed by the elector:

(c)

by a written application signed on behalf of the elector pursuant to an authority signed by the elector:

(d)

in any other manner, if the person issuing the ballot paper is satisfied that the application is made in good faith and that it is not practicable to make it in a manner prescribed by paragraphs (a) to (c).
