Pursuant to section 2A of the Telecommunications Act 1987, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Communications, hereby makes the following order.
2 Defcon Corporation Limited to be network operator [Revoked]
3 Capital Networks (Holdings) Limited to be network operator
