Regulations are laws made under Acts
For the purposes of regulation 4,—
(a) except as provided in paragraph (b), the working hours of the Customs shall be from 8 am to 5 pm on Monday to Friday, inclusive:
(b) the working hours of the Customs at a Customs airport shall be those determined from time to time in respect of that airport by the chief executive.
