1 Title and commencement

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Transport (Vehicle Registration and Licensing) Amendment Regulations 1997, and are part of the Transport (Vehicle Registration and Licensing) Regulations 1994¹ (“the principal regulations”).
(2) These regulations come into force on 1 September 1997.
