1 Title and commencement

• (1) These regulations may be cited as the Births, Deaths, and Marriages Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 1998, and are part of the Births, Deaths, and Marriages Registration (Fees) Regulations 1995¹ (“the principal regulations”).

  (2) These regulations come into force on 1 July 1998.
