Pursuant to section 8 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice of the Minister of Justice given at the request of the General Synod of the Anglican Church, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
(1) This order may be cited as the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1998.
(2) This order comes into force on 1 November 1998.
Schedule 1 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981 is amended by adding the name of The Anglican Missions Board of the Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 November 1998, declares The Anglican Missions Board of the Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia to be an authorised Trust Board for the purposes of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981.

This order is administered in the Ministry of Justice.
