31 Price lists given to retailers

  • For the purposes of section 22(2) of the principal Act, price lists given to retailers of tobacco products must contain the message “Smoking Causes Fatal Diseases”, on each side of every page in 24-point type, in upper-case Univers Medium Condensed Roman typeface.
