3 Amendments to Schedule 1

• Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the principal regulations is amended,—

  • (a) By inserting in paragraph 1, after the expression “Transport Act 1962”, the words “or under regulations or rules made under the Land Transport Act 1998”; and

  • (b) By omitting from paragraph 3 the words “within the meaning of the Transport Act 1962”.
