2A Overloading offences

• For the purposes of the definition of the term overloading offence in section 2(1) of the Act, an overloading offence is an offence—

  • (a) referred to in section 43 of the Act; or

  • (b) specified in Schedule 1A or Part 3 of Schedule 1B.
