Pursuant to sections 194, 406, and 412 of the Accident Insurance Act 1998, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of
the Minister for Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance,
makes the following regulations.
