3 New provision inserted

• The principal regulations are amended by inserting, after regulation 2, the following regulation:

  “2A Overloading offences

  • For the purposes of the definition of the term overloading offence in section 2(1) of the Act, an overloading offence is an offence—

    • “(a) referred to in section 43 of the Act; or

    • “(b) specified in Part III of the Second Schedule of the Transport Act 1962.”
