23 Applications

(1)

Any person desiring to obtain a certificate of competency must make an application in writing in the form required by the chief executive.

Every application must be sent or delivered to either—

(a)

a person appointed under regulation 22A at the address specified by the person for that purpose; or

(b)

the chief executive at the address specified by the chief executive for that purpose.

(4)

A person referred to in subclause (3)(a) or (b) may require the applicant to provide further information, or proof of information, to assist the person in considering the application.
