The classes of certificates of competency that may be granted by the chief executive are—
(a) general operator's certificate:
(b) general radiotelephone operator's certificate:
(c) restricted radiotelephone operator's certificate:
(d) general amateur operator's certificate:
(e) [Revoked]
(f) other classes of certificates prescribed in the International Radio Regulations.
