Land Transport (Driver Licensing and Driver Testing Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001


Note

These regulations are administered in the Ministry of Transport.


Pursuant to sections 167 and 168 of the Land Transport Act 1998, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title
2 Commencement
  • These regulations come into force on 31 December 2001.

3 Schedule amended
  • The Schedule of the principal regulations is amended by—

    • (a) revoking Parts 1 to 4, and substituting Parts 1 to 4 as set out in Schedule 1 of these regulations:

    • (b) revoking Part 7, and substituting Part 7 as set out in Schedule 2 of these regulations:

    • (c) revoking Parts 9 to 11, and substituting Parts 9 to 11 as set out in Schedule 3 of these regulations.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 31 December 2001, amend the Land Transport (Driver Licensing and Driver Testing Fees) Regulations 1999. The amendments revise the fees for various classes of driver licensing and driver testing.
