Pursuant to section 1(2) of the Fisheries Act 1996, section 1(4) of the Fisheries Act 1996 Amendment Act 1999, and section 1(3) of the Fisheries Act 1996 Amendment Act (No 2) 1999, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
