Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act Commencement Order (No 2) 2002

Pursuant to section 2(3) of the Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings into force, on 5 December 2002, section 58 of the Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002. Section 58 inserts new section 167A into the Land Transfer Act 1952. Section 167A enables the Registrar-General of Land to specify a form of deposit document in which consents and notifications needed for the deposit of survey plans or the issue of new titles may be supplied to Land Information New Zealand.
