These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Management.
Pursuant to section 115 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
