3 Interpretation

• (1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,—

  Act means the Resource Management Act 1991

  form means a form set out in Schedule 1

  Registrar means the Registrar of the Environment Court.

  (2) A reference to a numbered form in these regulations is a reference to that form set out in Schedule 1.
