Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Review Costs and Appeals) Amendment Regulations 2003

These regulations are administered in the Department of Labour.


Pursuant to section 328 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

  • These regulations come into force on 1 November 2003.

3 New Schedule 1 substituted
  • The principal regulations are amended by revoking Schedule 1, and substituting the Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule of these regulations.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 November 2003, substitute a new Schedule 1 in the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Review Costs and Appeals) Regulations 2002. Schedule 1 prescribes a scale of costs and expenses on a review for the purposes of section 148 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001.
