Criminal Proceedings (Search Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004: revoked, on 20 November 2009, pursuant to regulation 7 of the Criminal Proceedings (Search Fees) Regulations 2009 (SR 2009/317).
Changes authorised by section 17C of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989 have been made in this eprint.

These regulations are administered in the Ministry of Justice.
Pursuant to section 212(2)(b) of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 and section 410(2)(b) of the Crimes Act 1961, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
(1) These regulations are the Criminal Proceedings (Search Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004.
(2) In these regulations, the Criminal Proceedings (Search Fees) Regulations 19971 are “the principal regulations”
.
These regulations come into force on 1 April 2004.
Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by adding the words “and criminal proceedings in the Supreme Court”
.
Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after the words “Court of Appeal”
in both places where they occur, the words “or the Supreme Court”
.
