Pursuant to section 70C of the Transport Act 1962, Her Excellency he Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of he Executive Council, by this order which comes into force on the 18th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, revokes the Transport (Driver Logbooks Exemption Order 1988 (SR 1988/234).
