Pursuant to section 65 of the Chartered Professional Engineers of New Zealand Act 2002, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister of Commerce given after consultation with the Chartered Professional Engineers Council, makes the following regulations.
