Regulations are laws made under Acts
(1) The operation of a high-temperature hazardous waste incinerator is prohibited.
(2) Subclause (1) does not apply if the incinerator—
(a) is a crematorium; or
(b) is operating at the following places:
(i) 89 Paritutu Road, New Plymouth:
(ii) 816 Wairakei Road, Christchurch:
(iii) Hape Drive (perimeter road), Auckland International Airport, Auckland.
