3.11 Driver must make way when signalled by vehicle displaying blue or red beacons


A driver must make way, by stopping if necessary, as soon as practicable with safety—


for an emergency vehicle that is operating a blue or red beacon or blue and red beacons:


for a vehicle that is being escorted by an enforcement officer who is driving a vehicle operating a blue beacon or blue and red beacons:


if the driver has reasonable cause to believe that he or she is being signalled to make way by a siren carried on an emergency vehicle.
