(1) A person must not ride a cycle on a road during the hours of darkness without using a headlamp, reflector, and rearward-facing position lamp.
(2) A person must not ride a cycle on a road, during the hours of darkness, unless—
(a) the cycle has pedal reflectors; or
(b) the person is wearing reflective material.
