3 Interpretation

• Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by revoking the definitions of axle set, longitudinal walking beam, metal tyre, oscillating axle, pneumatic tyre, single-tyred axle, single axle set, single large-tyred axle, single standard-tyred axle, solid tyre, tandem axle set, tri-axle set, twin-tyred axle, and twin steer set.
