3 Interpretation

• (1) Regulation 2(3) of the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after the words “Schedule 1”, the words “, and the first column of Schedule 1A and Schedule 1B,”.

  (2) Regulation 2(4) of the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after the words “Schedule 1”, the words “, and the first column of Schedule 1A and Schedule 1B,”.
