Pursuant to section 35(1)(a) of the Civil Union Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, and on the advice of the Minister of Justice that he is satisfied as to the matters required by section 35(2) of that Act, makes the following regulations.
